No. OTP allowances reset on the 1st of each calendar month. If you have 200 unused OTPs on a Growth plan, they do not carry over to the following month.

Growth is capped at 500 OTPs per month. If you regularly exceed this, Pro with unlimited OTPs is the right fit. When you hit your Growth limit, verification pauses for the rest of the month — orders are not blocked, they just go unverified.
Shopify handles all billing for our app. Refund requests are subject to Shopify's standard billing policies. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at billing@otpguard.app and we'll work with Shopify to resolve it.
